Online eProcurement Training Demonstrations

These training demonstrations are designed for the users of the PeopleSoft Financials eProcurement module. These training demonstrations include animation and audio to help you learn how to accomplish basic ePro tasks.

To open a module, click on the link. For best results, maximize the window as it displays. In addition, audio is included in each training module. So as not to disturb others, you may wish to use headphones to view the training.

1. Introduction to eProcurement
   This is an introductory presentation about how the eProcurement module works in PeopleSoft Financials.

2. Creating a Requisition
   This training demonstration walks through the process a requester follows when creating a Special Item ePro Requisition.

3. Approving a Requisition
   This training demonstration walks through the process an approver follows when approving an ePro Requisition.

4. Budget Checking and Sourcing a Requisition
   This training demonstration walks through the steps a buyer completes when budget checking a Requisition, sourcing a Requisition into a Purchase Order, and using the Sourcing Workbench to view the results.
