
Training
The Georgia Right-To-Know law requires each employee (faculty, staff and student workers) to be provided with information and training on hazardous chemicals that they may be exposed to as part of their job. At a minimum, basic level awareness training shall be provided at the time of initial assignment to the workplace.
Did You Know?
The Georgia RTK Law states that an employee shall not be exposed to a hazardous
chemical until he/she has been trained in its hazards.
