In order to assess the effectiveness of the Executive Leadership Institute during its first year, the ELI committee identified a team to assess the Institute’s learning activities, identify areas for improvement, and address factors that support or inhibit the transfer of learning one year after the inaugural course was complete. The committee’s report was completed in June 2011 and can be found here.
