Leading during times of change in a dynamic university system demands not only adaptability, but the ability to harness the challenge of change for individual and team impact. This session will amplify these principles and reinforce prior learning gained during the Executive Leadership Institute. The facilitation will be done by either Keith Eigel, PhD or Karl Kuhnert, PhD.
