Right-To-Know Coordinator

All member institutions of the University System of Georgia are required to have an individual designated as the Right-To-Know Coordinator. The primary responsibilities are as follows:

• Resolve questions regarding applicability of RTK rules
• Make arrangements for and/ or provide training
• Disseminate updated information from the Board of Regents and/ or DOL
• Ensure 24 hour accessibility to MSDS
• Maintain accurate records
