Right-To-Know Coordinator
All member institutions of the University System of Georgia are required to have an individual designated as the Right-To-Know Coordinator. The primary responsibilities are as follows:
- Resolve questions regarding applicability of RTK rules
- Make arrangements for and/ or provide training
- Disseminate updated information from the Board of Regents and/ or DOL
- Ensure 24 hour accessibility to MSDS
- Maintain accurate records
