Information Technology Services

Are you embarking upon a project or service that may have a technology component? ITS stands ready to help you. Whether the project or service is a brand new effort to improve services to faculty, staff or students, or an improvement of an existing program, ITS invites you to initiate a conversation with us about your plans and your intended goals. Some examples of technology components are new data fields, upgrades to an existing system, legislative mandates or requirements, new web environments, or implementation of a new system or services. Please complete the online web form with the general information requested, and someone from our appropriate service area will follow up with you for more details.

This new process isn’t a replacement to keep you from speaking with one of your already established ITS contacts. These contacts will be glad to submit the service request for you. You will receive an automated email indicating your request has been received. This process will allow us to have a consolidated view of the project or service requests and to perform analysis for resource requirements and discuss the findings with you. Also, we can better provide you with status of your request throughout the process.
