Campus-based Initiatives is responsible for assisting system institutions with a variety of campus-based programs and projects, such as preparations for SACS sector/level change, SACS reaffirmation of accreditation, or institutional needs assessments for new or expanded academic programs. Campus-based initiatives also provides leadership in the areas of International Education, General Education, the Core Curriculum, and Learning Support.
Dr. Robert Vaughan is system liaison to the Administrative Council on General Education and Regents Advisory Committees on Learning Support, English, Fine Arts, and Philosophy. He is lead System Office contact for International Education.
