Area F Guidelines: Associated Dental Sciences (Dental Hygiene)

Area F for majors within the Allied Health Professions consist of 18 hours of lower-division (1000- and 2000-level) courses related to the specific health professional program of study or be prerequisite to courses required in the major.

* Courses may be satisfied in institutional Areas A through E; in these cases, Guided Approved Electives (approved by the student's advisor) may be substituted into Area F.

** Other advanced sciences may be substituted for the anatomy and physiology requirement for the Associated Dental Science Program (Dental Hygiene).
