Eighteen (18) semester hours from the following lower-level courses:

Calculus I, if not taken in Areas A or D 0-4 hours
Calculus II, if not taken in Areas A or D 0-4 hours
Calculus III, if not taken in Area D 0-4 hours
Physics I (calculus-based or algebra/trig-based),
if not taken in Area D
0-4 hours
Physics II (calculus-based or algebra/trig-based),       
if not taken in Area D
0-4 hours
General Chemistry I, if not taken in Area D 0-4 hours
General Chemistry II, if not taken in Area D 0-4 hours
Organic Chemistry I, if not taken in Area D 0-4 hours
Organic Chemistry II, if not taken in Area D 0-4 hours
Quantitative Analysis I, if not taken in Area D 0-4 hours
Quantitative Analysis II, if not taken in Area D 0-4 hours
Biology, if not taken in Area D 0-4 hours
Computer Science, if not taken in Area D 0-4 hours
Total 18 hours

Individual institutions will determine required and optional courses based on their specific programs.
