SUBJECT: Implementation of Policy Regarding System Libraries

PROCEDURES
As a result of the January 16, 1987 recommendation of the Advisory Council, all institutions are requested to implement the following administrative policy:
University System of Georgia libraries are not available for organized educational programs from external* degree granting institutions without an annual agreement signed by the President of the institution and subsequent approval by the Chancellor. The effective date for this policy shall be Fall Quarter, 1987.
